Karen Weigert serves as Senior Vice President at ShoreBank.  ShoreBank, based in Chicago, is the nation’s first and leading community development and environmental bank with assets over $2.2 billion.  Karen is responsible for products and services for individual consumers around the country.  She recently led the launch of a new fully online High Yield Savings Account. In addition to her work at ShoreBank, Karen serves as a producer on “Carbon Nation”, a documentary film on solutions to global warming.  She is also a snowboarder and fan of local and organic foods.
